In supported browsers, access keys are keyboard shortcuts that replace the need of a mouse for navigation.

• PC users: hold down the ALT key together with the relevant letter or number, and then press the ENTER key.
  To open this page, for example, you would use ALT + 0 + ENTER
• Mac users: hold down the CONTROL key together with the relevant letter or number.
  To open this page, for example, you would use CONTROL + 0

Access keys may not work at all, or may work differently, depending on the browser you are using.

Our website has been designed and built for viewing by the many Web Browsers. At the same time, we have tried to ensure it is cross platform for viewing by PDAs and other handhelds. This has been achieved by the use of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) techniques.

The website conforms to the minimum Level A compliance as specified by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. The majority of Level AA and Level AAA requirements are also met.

All pages validate as XHTML 1.0 Strict and use structured semantic markup.

All pages validate with the W3C CSS Validator.
