- Signing up to our free 7 day trial is easy. Just click on the 'Free 7 day trial' link on the top right of this page or alternatively call us on +44 (0)844 371 2941.
- What happens at the end of my free 7 day trial? View answer
- At the end of your free 7 day trial you access will terminate. In order to prolong your access you will need to become a full commerical membver of our site. Full details on becoming a member can be found on our memebership home page and terms & conditions of membership can be found on our help page.

- Simply go to our commerical membership page and follow the link to sign-up
- How do I become a professional member? View answer
- In order to become a professional member you will need to be either recommended by an exisitng member or approached directly by Savvy BC.
- Why can't I listen to the whole programme? View answer
- Probably because you haven't logged in yet. Remember to log-in using the log-in box in the top right of the page.
In case you are logged you should check that your subscription period hasn't expired yet. This information can be found by logging-in and then folloing the 'view my profile' link.

- First you need to log-in, then click on the 'view my profile' link in the log-in area. Here you will be able to change all your profile details including your password.

- Commercial membership is £250 (+VAT) for an annual subscription.
