When we came up with the theme for last night’s event in Chelmsford, “The Power of Speech”, we had no idea just how appt it would prove to be.The Picture Room at the Shire Hall positively buzzed for the first hour as people networked, the conversation with our co-hosts went off in some unexpected directions –followed by a lively Q & A session.
